How it works
- Use the scheduler below to pick a day and time for our chat + make your payment via PayPal.
- Fill the form, including an outline of what you’d like to chat about. Depending on the topic, I might need some extra info from you before we talk; if that’s the case I’ll email you with some questions.
- When it’s time to chat, grab yourself a coffee (or tea, hot chocolate, wine…!) and log on to our Zoom meeting. On our call I may screen share with you to demonstrate things or use the messenger/chat box to send you links to resources that’ll help solve your problem. Our call can also be recorded so you have a copy to refer to again later.
15 minute chat
- Best for: you have a quick question or need a quick demo.
30 minute chat
- Best for: you have a few questions, or need design feedback/help.
60 minute chat
- Best for: you need a more in-depth tutorial, you want to get strategic + talk over ideas for big changes to your branding/website, or you have lots of questions.
Book your call
- All calls must be paid for in advance.
- If either of us need to reschedule the call, we need to give at least 24 hours notice.
- If you need to cancel our call, please give me at least 24 hours notice to receive a full refund. If you cancel within 24 hours, or if you don’t show up for our call, you won’t receive a refund.
- If I need to cancel our call you’ll be given a full refund.
- If you book a call intending to ask a question I’m not qualified to answer (like, ‘What computer should I buy?’, or ‘How can improve my basketball skills?’) you’ll be given the choice of asking another question or cancelling our call and getting a refund.
